The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant/bar with unbeatable views of the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was perfect. the location of the hotel right on Copacabana Beach was perfect, great to easily access the beach and enjoy the fine views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on Copacabana Beach, and just a short walk to Ipanema. The room had a gorgeous ocean view and a balcony to enjoy it from. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with the same fine view. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Rio.

The service, staff, and concierge were really good. Birthday surprises and treats were good. Rooftop pool and restaurant had unbeatable views and vibes. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well-finished.

The hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The location was also convenient, close to popular tourist attractions and amenities.

The extra charges for hotel services such as car rentals and bicycle use were expensive and seemed unnecessary. It would have been nice if these services were offered complimentary like in many other hotels.

We had an incredible stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities provided a truly luxurious experience. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun, while the spa lounge and massage services were incredibly relaxing. the hotel's restaurant served delicious main courses for dinner and breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail.

Despite having beach access, there were no umbrellas provided, making it quite difficult to enjoy a day at the beach without being exposed to the sun's rays.

The location of the hotel is incredible. Situated right on Copacabana Beach, the views from the rooms are breathtaking. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the waves and feel the cool breeze. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with huge closets and amazing bathrooms. The service is exceptional, with polite and well-trained staff providing top-notch customer service. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only con I can think of is that sometimes the rooftop personnel has difficulty communicating in English.

The architecture and rooms are beautiful and well-equipped. The pool and beach are fantastic. The restaurant offers delicious food. The location is great. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

The luxurious amenities offered in this hotel were exceptional. Their spa and wellness center had an outdoor swimming pool, with sun loungers, and beach umbrellas for VIP guests. the massage service was top, notch and provided maximum relaxation. the bar and restaurant area served special diet menus, with a wide range of options available. the private facilities were very impressive and added an extra touch of luxury.

While there were very few issues with this hotel, one minor inconvenience was the lack of in, room breakfast. this was quickly resolved by the staff, who provided us with a table on the sun terrace, with a beautiful view of the beach, where we could enjoy a perfect breakfast.
